Cultural Festivals Return this Fall Lebanon, TN (September 8, 2008) – The Wilson County Convention and Visitors Bureau is pleased to announce The 27th Annual Mt. Juliet Pow Wow and Tennessee State Pow Wow and Fall Festival. Coming this fall, The Mt. Juliet Pow Wow will be held on September 27 and 28, at Charlie Daniels Park, 1038 Charlie Daniels Pkwy, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122. The gates open at 10am each day. Tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for children under 13, and free for children ages 5 and under. Tickets can be purchased at the gate. Come witness the pageantry, color and excitement of competition dancing. All ages welcome. There will be live native music at 4:30pm on Saturday by The Flying Feather Band. Also coming this fall, The Tennessee State Pow Wow and Fall Festival will be held on October 17, 18 and 19, at Long Hunter State Park, 2910 Hobson Pike, Hermitage, TN 37076. Gates open Friday at 9am, Saturday and Sunday at 10am. Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for seniors and children ages 6-12, and free for children ages 5 and under.
