Tennessee’s Miss Teen All-American Pageant Coming to Wilson County

Lebanon, TN (August 2, 2010) – The Wilson County Convention and Visitors Bureau and the committee for Tennessee’s Miss Teen and Jr. Teen All-American are pleased to announce the Tennessee Miss Teen All-American Pageant on September 6, 2010, at Wilson Central High School.

Former national winners of this exciting event include: Daytime Emmy winner Gina Tognoni, spokes model Debbie James, and actress Halle Berry. The Tennessee pageant is now seeking its 2011 representatives for the national crown.

The state program includes judges’ interview, evening gown and swimwear. Students are scored on personality, grace/poise, and their ability to connect with the listening audience. State winners will advance to the national pageant in Philadelphia, PA, during the summer of 2011.

Tennessee students now have the opportunity to represent the state in the either the JR. TEEN category (ages 11 to 14) or in the TEEN category (ages 15 to 18).
