CANDLELIGHT WALKING TOUR RETURNS TO HISTORIC CEDAR GROVE CEMETERY

Lebanon, TN, October 9, 2009 - Encore Theatre Company of Wilson County will host the "Candlelight Walking Tour of Historic Cedar Grove Cemetery" on Saturday, November 7, 2009. Guides in period clothing will escort visitors as they travel through time to hear, firsthand, the stories of the residents and their families. Guided tour times begin every few minutes starting at 2:00pm, with last ticket sales at 5:00pm, and then again at 7:00pm, with last ticket sales at 10:00pm.

The cemetery is handicapped accessible and this tour is suitable for all ages. Ticket prices are: $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for students and seniors, and children four and under are free. Group rates are available upon request. Proceeds from the tour will go toward the interior build-out of the Encore Theatre Company's new facilities on Lebanon Road as well as supporting the various programs and workshops put on by the theatre for students and young children.

The entrance to Cedar Grove Cemetery is located off of Hwy 231 South (South Cumberland Street) opposite Wal-Mart. Parking is available at the Lowe's parking lot or any adjacent lot.
