We provide free copies of our visitors guides, maps, dining guides, and other resources on the area's attractions. When you want to know what to see and do, where to go, how to get there, and what it costs, we can help! If you have already booked a meeting or event and would like to request goody bags, simply give us a call.

Convention/Event Suppliers-
Need to find a local transportation company, tour guide, caterer, florist, speaker, entertainer, or photographer? We will be happy to make recommendations and help you find the services you need.

Tour Planning Assistance-
We know who can custom-tailor tours to fit your time, audience, and interests. With everything from guest programs, and children's activities to suggestions for area attractions and restaurants; we are happy to help you get where you want to go.

Wilson County Ambassadors-
We can open doors to visitors by staffing hospitality booths and answering questions at your meetings, trade shows, festivals, sporting events, and any other event that bring out-of-towners to our area.

Convention/Event Publicity-
Updated local, statewidem and regional media lists are available along with tips on how to generate local publicity.

Marketing Assistance and Attendance Promotion-
Wilson County CVB can assist your group with pre-promotion and marketing efforts including access to our image library and copy materials for newsletters, event websites, and programs.
